As mushroom spawn and grow kits are living organisms we cannot always ship same within days of receiving an order. We aim to ship all orders within 2 days but orders can take up to 2 weeks to ship depending on the season and availability. February-April are extremely busy for spawn, please order 2-3 weeks in advance to ensure you get your spawn. If you have particular shipping needs reach out to us at sales@fungially.com. 

Fungi Ally is not responsible for damaged or lost packages. We will review cases on an individual basis and offer replacement or store credit where appropriate. Our grow kits have a small hole cut in the top of the bag for shipping purposes. Spawn is completely sealed with no leaks so you are sure it is contaminant free.
