Lions Mane powder is a good product
It will be a while before I know if this has any health benefits but it seem a good value. I'm taking 2 grams a day and may even jump to 4 as I am 70 and am having memory problems. Thank you, Willie
High Quality Product
I love this product and talk about it to everyone I know who might benefit. Lion's mane makes me far more productive and focused in my work. I enjoy two scoops in my morning coffee, though some people replace their coffee with mushroom powder. Most medicinal mushrooms on the market are made from mycelium or a combination of mycelium and fruiting bodies. Mycelium carries with it growing medium, inert ingredients that take up space in the supplement and reduce its potency. Some of these growing mediums could cause allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. Fungi Ally's products are the highest quality; they use 100% fruiting bodies, no mycelium, and the percentage of beta glucans per serving is standardized to what was found effective in a published, peer-reviewed study. In short, you can't go wrong with either Fungi Ally generally or this lion's mane product in particular!
Thanks so much for you wonderful product. My whole family takes them!
More is definitely better
Worried about the powder measurement being messy and a bit vague, ( or is that my brain fog?) I carefully stuck to one scoop in the morning in my coffee..nothing noticeable. When I bravely used two scoops, I noticed a greater ability to focus, a bit less extended dawdling over chores. Sticking with two scoops, and thanks!
Great Lion's Mane powder!
I purchased the loose powder and have been using it for several weeks now. I'm very pleased with it and find it very, very easy to use—I usually add it to a hot beverage, usually tea, and enjoy sipping on it. I do feel the Lion's Mane is helping with my brain fog.
